Over the years we have practised many fitness disciplines. Currently I am running classes in my two fitness classes, Dancefit and Lifefit (based on maintaining muscle mass , bone density, and feeling great), Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Yoga blend, and the latest addition, Chair Yoga.
Lifefit is all about maintaining muscle mass and bone density using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and hand held weights. It's not just for older people, in fact the sooner you start the better. If you get bored in the gym, but want it’s benefits, then this is the class for you!
Dancefit has morphed over the years, and now starts with a fun dance section to get you glowing followed by the Lifefit exercises.
I feel that to have a good workout you obviously need good class content, but you also really need good tunes, so I put a lot of effort into making sure we have great music to work out to. You also need a good vibe, and we are very lucky to have truly lovely people attending, so that ticks that box!
So if you’ve never tried one of my classes, you can try one soon.
